Social responsibility policy

In relation with trends in developing corporate responsibility, Desing has accepted the following principles in its Policy:

• Desing will never use child labor or in any mean misuse children for its business purposes
• Desing will not discriminate any of its workers on the ground of race, religion, gender, sexual or physical ability, political attitude
• Work discipline in Desing shall not jeopardize human rights of its workers
• Every worker will be appropriately compensated for its work and our salaries will be higher than average salaries in Serbia
• Desing will strive to improve level of health and safety in the aim of protecting its workers
• Desing will strive to protect the environment and to manage its impact for the scope of development and production of fruit and confectionery preparations
• Design will strive to continually improve and to prevent pollution to the environment
• Desing is committed to act fully in compliance with all legal requirements related to its environmental aspects
• All workers are aware of the Social Responsibility Policy
