The ability to react quickly to the buyer’s demands includes flexible research and a development platform. It is for this reason that the company’s research and development department works in collaboration with customers and thereby develops products according to their wishes and specifications, thus, at the same time, allowing for the fine-tuning of the desired characteristics of the product (i.e., appearance, flavor and texture).
In so doing, each new product becomes a challenge for us and gives us the opportunity to stand alongside the world’s best food producers, to set goals and to constantly improve the old system and make newer, better products.
Our specialized staff are continually given additional training and this is the basis of our research and development department. Every year employees are trained at Cargill, France, as well as in cooperation with flavoring suppliers. Additionally, all staff took part in McDonald’s training program at their Training centre in Frankfurt. The Research and Development department’s development plan also envisages its own, modern internal laboratory, which will allow faster generation of business solutions, for the benefit of our customers.
