Colorings

Pigments, that is colorings, are substances for food coloring which are widely used in the preparation of various products in order to make the specific product as close as possible to its natural counterpart and to make it as attractive as possible to the consumer. Most often, these are compounds of known composition or concentrated extracts of natural substances which are added to suitable carriers and are used for coloring in minimal quantities, by which they finish off the appearance of the food stuff. Thus, the food colorings define the food’s appearance without altering its other characteristics.

In our product range natural colorings occupy a very important place and we enrich the range with naturally identical and artificial colorings. We especially wish to highlight the following natural colorings: carmine red, caramel and grape skin extract, for the distribution of which the most renowned world producers from France and Peru have authorized Desing.
