Additives are substances of a different chemical composition and origin and, depending on these two factors, they influence the chemical, technological and sensory properties of different food products. In addition to fruit products, our production range is enhanced by two groups of additives, which, in the final processing, give the products their character, define them and make them attractive to the customer.
