Bases are made from fruit concentrate with a minimum of 10% fruit content. Through the adding of flavors and colorings, acidity regulators and preservatives, we obtain the initial ingredient used in soft drinks production. A certain amount of carbon dioxide can be added to non-alcoholic drinks in order to obtain refreshing properties, in which way fizzy drinks are made. The bitterness of our produce is enhanced by adding carbon acid; therefore we recommend apple and grape juices for this purpose.
How are bases made?
By choosing the highest quality fruit and through the right processing we obtain fruit concentrates. Following this initial phase, we improve (refine) the fruit concentrates with natural flavors and colorings. Non-evaporating organic acids or preservatives can be added as needed.
As with other products, we carefully control all our production processes according to the highest standards of safety and food quality, which results in the constant and consistent quality of our products.
