We refine (improve) fruit concentrates with natural flavors and colorings in an appropriate way and, if necessary, also by adding organic acids. This is how we give our fruit concentrates special character which helps our customers to create fruit nectars with a unique look and flavor.
How are fruit concentrates made?
By choosing the highest quality fruit and through the right processing we obtain fruit concentrates. Following this initial phase, we improve (refine) the fruit concentrates with natural flavors and colorings. Non-evaporating organic acids can be added as needed.
As with other products, we carefully control all our production processes according to the highest standards of safety and food quality, which results in the constant and consistent quality of our products.
Application
Used in the fruit juice and soft drinks industry for simple fruit nectar preparation.
