Fruit concentrates and bases

The fruit concentrate is achieved by choosing the appropriate fruit types and with a specific process (fruit filtering, clearing, squeezing, etc.). Only water is extracted from natural fruit juices while all other useful elements remain preserved. In this kind of fruit preparation, specific physical and sensory properties are obtained.

With partners from Serbia and abroad, a long term relationship has been developed for the production of fruit concentrates which are used as the initial ingredient for the production of many other products. They can be used in fruit nectar production, soft drinks with fruit content as well as for other refreshing soft drinks.

We offer fruit concentrates in apple, sour cherry, white and red grape flavors, and we can add concentrated juices of other kinds of fruit in our production as requested.
