Syrups for hard candy fillings

Hard candies are, as is commonly known, sweet products of various shapes, colors and flavors. They are made for children and modified to match children’s tastes and habits. For this reason, syrups for hard candy fillings are included in our production program. This group of products is of a syrupy consistency, with a smooth, shiny and short texture, and with a high content of fruit juice concentrate.

They have special sensory characteristics which are adapted to children’s needs and tastes and are profiled with thermal stable aromas and natural colors. With a unique flavor and aroma, they are modified to the needs of hard candy production, as well as to the latest European Union requirements for this kind of product.

Recommended flavors
At the moment, there are syrups of strawberry, apple, sour cherry and raspberry flavors.

At the customer’s request, we can also produce syrups of other flavors.

How are these syrups made?
This special group of syrups is made by preserving fruit juice with sugar, natural thermal stable flavors and colorings.

As with other products, we carefully control all our production processes according to the highest standards of safety and food quality, which results in the constant and consistent quality of our products.

Application
This type of syrup is intended for the production of soft fruit hard candy whose consumers are mainly children.
