Fruit syrups
Fruit syrup contains a high percentage of soluble solid and is of a syrupy consistency. It is produced from concentrated fruit juice by applying the appropriate process.
It is primarily produced from aromatic types of fruit as well as from fruit with a high color intensity. For this reason the apple takes a special place in this group of products.
Apple syrup has the highest percentage of organic acids which results in a pleasant and refreshing flavor.
Apple syrup is the most well-known and maintains the highest presence of all our fruit syrup products, with the minimum of 50% fruit content and a flavor which corresponds to the apples from our region. This product been adapted for use in fast food restaurants.
How are fruit syrups made?
We produce fruit syrups from the highest quality concentrated fruit juices which are made from fruit whose origin and type are carefully monitored and controlled, from the moment of receiving it to the final processing.
Concentrated fruit juices and other raw ingredients are mixed with the addition of acidity regulators (when needed) and flavors until we achieve the desired viscosity and other specifications.
We carefully control all our production processes according to the highest standards of safety and food quality, which results in the constant and consistent quality of our products.
Application
Used for fast preparation of apple juices in hotels and restaurants.
